  Job description

In this role you ensure that all commercial and administrative affairs are handled correctly during the sales process. You will be working closely together with your colleagues of the sales team, and your main job is to provide excellent customer service for our European/Middle Eastern/African and Asian customers.

Responsibilities include:

  • Processing orders and directly managing customer requests.
  • Providing support to the sales team in pre/post related activities.
  • Managing complaints and process Warranty claims/ RMA accurately in accordance   with rules and procedures.
  • Handle all customer service related e-mails/calls.
  • Creating and monitoring of Repair orders.
  • Recording and processing of all customer data in our CRM system.
  • Monitor (back) orders with regard to delivery dates and specific customer  requirements.
  • Assisting with all other administrative tasks for the sales team.

  • The ability to work independently and also be part of the team.
  • Full time availability (40 hrs.).
  • Commercial awareness and driven to reach targets.
  • Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
  • Affinity with the aviation industry is an advantage.
