  Responsibilities

In this role you ensure that all commercial and administrative affairs are handled correctly during the sales process. You will be working closely together with your colleagues of the sales team, and your main job is to provide excellent customer service.

 You will be responsible for:

  • Processing orders and directly managing customer requests
  • Providing support to the sales team in pre/post related activities
  • Managing complaints and process warranty claims/RMA accurately in accordance with rules and procedures
  • Handle all customer service related e-mails and calls
  • Creating and monitoring of repair orders
  • Recording and processing of all customer data in our CRM system
  • Monitor (back) orders with regard to delivery dates and specific customer requirements
  • Assisting with all other administrative tasks for the sales team

  • 2-3 years of experience in a customer service position
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in an international team
  • A proactive and service-oriented attitude
  • Strong planning and organizing skills, focus on quality, details and proactive and commercial attitude
  • You have commercial awareness and are driven to reach targets
  • You can work independently as well as in a team
  • You are fluent in English, both verbal and written
  • Affinity with the aviation industry is an advantage
