Stores Support (USA)

For our office in Miami we are looking for an enthusiastic Stores Support employee (M/F)

As a Stores Support, you will be responsible for booking aircraft components in our inventory system (Quantum), you photograph the aircraft components and make sure that they are stored in the correct location in our warehouse. You also work closely with various other departments to ensure that we can always provide our customers with the right parts and the best service.

  Responsibilities

  • Booking aircraft components in our inventory system (Quantum)
  • Photographing, packing and stalling aircraft parts on the correct location
  • Processing repair orders
  • Order picking of aircraft parts
  • Various operations for the optimal functioning of the warehouse
  • Maintaining stock control including minor administrative tasks
  • Picking up orders from customers/suppliers

  • You have computer skills such as Word, Excel and Outlook
  • In possession of a driving license
  • It is an advantage if you are in possession of a valid forklift certificate
  • Fluent in English, both verbal and writing
  • Strong communication skills
  • Able to work in teams and independently
  • Can set priorities
  • No 9 to 5 mentality
  • You have experience or affinity with the aviation industry
