New teardown project

TDA has acquired an Airbus A319 (MSN2812) for part-out, with the teardown process currently underway at Willis in Teesside, UK. This 18-year-old aircraft spent its entire service life with EasyJet until its retirement on October 16, 2023.

Teardown process

The project has now reached its final stages, with priority components such as avionics and hard-time parts already sent for repair and expected back shortly. Additional parts, including flight control units and bulk items, are available for request.

The landing gear has been replaced in August 2017 and originates from MSN3115, a former ITA Airways A320-200.

Final inspections are scheduled for late October, with components soon returning from the shops. Those interested in parts or RFQs are encouraged to contact our sales representatives now to secure their requests.

Additionally, the aircraft’s hull remains available for special inquiries, though it is scheduled for scrapping shortly. Aviation collectors can inquire about cockpit cuts or skin tags. Perfect for unique collector items.
