  As a key player in our dynamic team, you will be responsible for

  • Booking and registering aircraft parts in our inventory system 
  • Photographing, packing and placing aircraft parts in the designated location 
  • Processing repair orders 
  • Handling requests and enquiries from various departments from our offices located in UK, The Netherlands and USA 
  • Checking inventory 
  • Loading and unloading shipments 
  • Delivering and picking up packages  
  • Monitoring and managing the department’s emails 
  • Assisting with third-party audits  
  • Keeping the warehouse(s) clean every week

  • Quantum Control knowledge an advantage but not essential
  • You hold a valid driver’s licence  
  • You are proficient in English, both spoken and written 
  • You are experienced or have an affinity with the aviation industry 
  • You hold a forklift certificate (or are willing to train/apply to obtain it)
  • Dangerous Goods packing certified an advantage but not essential

What we’re asking for
