New teardown project

We are pleased to announce this Boeing 737-800, which has recently been added to our portfolio. The 20 years old airframe has already been disassembled by eCube in St. Athan, Wales. In the last couple of months, we have been mainly focusing on the disassembly of Airbus A320 family aircrafts, but with the arising demand for 737NG spares thanks to the booming passenger to freighter market, we decided to extend our stock to support the needs of operators on the USM market.

Supply, demand and exchange.

The world of aviation is continuously changing and so are we.

With demand for airfreight rising way beyond post-COVID levels, we noticed a steep increase in the passenger to freighter conversion market with both the 737NG and 737 classic. To support USM needs with operators and lessors alike we decided to extend our stock of 737NG material. Besides, the 737NG aircraft type shows relatively lower levels of storage compared to other models. With the airline industry slowly recovering globally, more aircraft will be withdrawn from long-term parking/storage, which should generate a more constant flow of demand for its components.

We harvested around 1,100 items from this airframe and shipped selected items with the highest rotation to local repair shops to get them certified at the shortest possible turn-around-time to be prepared for the post-COVID recovery.

 Enquiries & requirements

Since the strategic partnership with Sojitz Corporation entered in October 2020,
using their knowledge, global network and experiences in the aviation and access to the wider capital source, TDA is in the process of creating an exchange pool for
narrow-body aircraft.

The pool contains both Airbus and Boeing components. Mainly the ones with higher market demand. Overtime we continue to extend the range of assets by continuously stocking both A320 family and 737NG family material.

If you would like to be informed about all the parts and their details, please contact our sales team to receive the most updated material listings.

All items are available for both sales and exchange purposes.
