The function

As a Teamleader Stores Support, you will assist the Logistics- and Stores Manager with all daily tasks in our warehouse to ensure that everything is being handled smoothly and we can provide our customers with the best service. Your duties will include checking and booking incoming parts, training/guiding (new) staff, managing emails together with the team, scheduling periodic stock checks and keeping the warehouse updated and clean.

  Responsibilities

  • Assist the Logistics Manager with multiple tasks
  • Check if parts are booked and registered correctly, as well as shipments, repair orders and sales orders
  • Training/guiding (new) employees
  • Responsible for scheduling loading and unloading of trucks, as well as coordinating trips to pick up packages in consultation with the Shipping department
  • Checking locations after booking shipments and purchase orders
  • Managing department emails together with the team
  • Scheduling periodic stock checks
  • Maintaining the warehouse such as: cleaning, arranging, classifying, turning wheels quarterly
  • Supervise third party audits

Job requirements

  • At least 1 year of leadership experience in a logistics function
  • You are energetic, enthusiastic, eager to learn and you can also convey this to others
  • You have computer skills such as Word, Excel and Outlook
  • In possession of driving license B
  • You are fluent in Dutch and/or English, both verbal and written
  • Affinity with the aviation industry is an advantage
  • It is an advantage if you are in possession of a valid forklift-, reach truck- and/or airfreight certificate
